Rental Policy
The period of the rental starts and ends with the booked time you have purchased via our website. We will deliver the phone 30 minutes before the start time based on the booking record we have received. That said, if you prefer the phone to be set up more than 1 hour before your event, please book an appropriate time with respect to your event schedule to guarantee that the phone is blocked out for your time!
We will ship the phone to the address provided by you when you first book a phone unless you provide us with an alternate address in an adequate amount of time for us to update the current address.
Equipment Damage
When you're using the phone, please take care of it and use it the way it's supposed to be used!
If something happens to the equipment while you're using it – whether it's because of accidents or negligence – you're the one responsible for covering the repair or replacement costs.
Rescheduling or adjustments to your booking
If you have booked the wrong timing, or wrong date on accident (it happens!) please reach out to us via our contact form as soon as possible so we can help you!

We will try our best to offer you the same phone, but should the preferred phone of choice be unavailable for your new revised dates, you will be informed and we will offer you the available alternatives.

Should you decide to cancel instead, the cancellation policy will come into effect.
Cancellation Policy
We understand sometimes the best-laid plans don't always go to plan.
You can cancel up to 72 hours before your booking for a full refund. After that, we will process a cancellation fee, subject to the total length of your booking.
Privacy
By booking with us at Loveline, you give us permission to reach out to you via the personal details you have given through our booking form (phone number, email address, event location)on the status and relevant matters regarding your booking. Your infomation may also be given to a 3rd-party delivery provider for the drop-off and pick-up of the equipment from your event.

Through the editing process, we will be privy to the voicemail messages that your guests have left behind on the phone. Unless kept as an asset part of Loveline's marketing, all audio messages will not be kept after 21 days, and will be deleted after.

We love to show off our clients partying with our phones!
While we might want to use your assets (voicemails, photos of your guests using the equipment)from your event for purposes of marketing on our social media pages (Instagram, TikTok etc.), we also want to respect the privacy of you and your guests. We will request permission from you first, which you can refuse or accept.
